About LeTourneau

The university was founded in 1946 as LeTourneau Technical Institute, by R.G. and Evelyn LeTourneau. R.G. was one of the world’s greatest inventors of earthmoving equipment who believed in the value of practical, hands-on education and innovation in a distinctly Christian atmosphere. That
