Student Opportunities

Flex your flair for writing and the liberal arts outside the classroom. Participate in some of the organizations and opportunities that English-oriented students get excited about and excel in.

Student Publications

Student publications play a vital role in the life of the university. Help pen and layout our annual yearbook, the Pioneer. This opportunity provide valuable journalistic experience in writing, editing, layout, desktop publishing, photography, and advertising. In addition, elective academic credit may be earned by serving on the yearbook staff. All interested students are eligible and are encouraged to apply.

Or, if storytelling and poetry are more your style, contribute to the Campus Campana, an annual compilation produced by our creative writing students.
