Transcripts provide a record of your grades, degree earned, and your GPA for all coursework at LeTourneau. In order to request a transcript, a student must fill out and submit the online form along with the payment of the transcript fee.

If there is a financial hold on the student's account, a transcript request cannot be submitted. Once the hold is removed from the student's account, the online request system will allow submission of the online transcript request.

Official or unofficial? An official transcript is mailed in a sealed envelope directly to a school, employer, scholarship donor, etc or emailed to the address you request. An unofficial transcript is a faxed transcript, e-mailed transcript, or a transcript sent directly to the student. A transcript sent directly to the student will be on official transcript paper, but will be stamped "Issued to Student" and is considered unofficial by most universities.

All transcripts have a required minimum $10.00 charge whether they are official or unofficial, faxed; emailed or sent directly to the recipient. If needed, a transcript can be sent via FedEx.

Currently enrolled students can initiate transcript requests using MyLETU. After you log in, select the Order Transcript link and follow the instructions provided.

Former students may initiate transcript requests here by selecting the Transcript Request button below. 

Please note - at this time there could be delays receiving mailed transcripts.  If at all possible, we recommend to send electronic transcripts.
