Engineering Families: We ask that you run right at the entrance to campus and use the spaces located in front of the Allen Family Student Center, the lot beside the Margaret Estes Library, or the lot between the Solheim Recreation and Activities Center and the Glaske Center for Engineering, Science, and Technology
Aviation Families: We ask that you turn left at the entrance to campus and use the parking lots on the north side of the Belcher Center
Engineering Families: Please enter the Belcher Center on the South side of the building and check in at the south lobby.
Aviation Families: Please enter the Belcher Center on the north side of the building and check in at the north lobby.
Flight waivers have been emailed to the address provided on your registration form. Please complete and return these by Friday. If you did not receive an email, waivers will be available on Saturday.
Preview flights will be assigned at check-in on Saturday.
Weather & Dress Information:
The attire for the day is casual.
The forecast shows possible thunderstorms. We encourage you to bring an umbrella!
An announcement will be made at the Aviation Academic Welcome if preview flights are impacted by the weather.
Forecasted temperatures are showing a high of 70 degrees and a low of 59 degrees.
Friday Afternoon Tours:
Full campus tours will only be available on Friday at 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. You will meet in the Great Room of the Allen Family Student Center. We will only provide a residence hall tour on Saturday.
If you have not already signed up for a Friday tour and would like to do so, please email VisitCenter@letu.edu with your preferred time. Both tours are the same.
Food & Drinks:
Coffee and water will be provided throughout the day.
The Hive will be open from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM in the Allen Family Student Center, where other drinks and grab-and-go snacks will be available for purchase.
Lunch will be provided for all students and guests in the Corner Café at no cost.
