From June 10 to June 19, 2022 Director of Fine Arts and Associate Professor of Music Dr. Jim Taylor led a group of LeTourneau University students and singers from across the country to perform in Paris, France. He conducted, and participants sang, his new work, Cambridge Songs Suite No. 4, for choir and orchestra on Wednesday, June 15 at L’eglise de la Madeleine, musical home of Gabriel Fauré, Camille Saint-Saëns and Charles Gounod. Those attending also toured celebrated sights of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, Notre-Dame de Paris, the Museum d’Orsay, the Pantheon, and others.
