Originally from the small town of Mexia, Texas, Justin came to faith during his own college years, a season that reshaped the direction of his life and gave him a heart for walking with students. He sees being a Resident Director as a genuine calling and a ministry, grounded in the conviction that you should "be who you needed" in your hardest moments: the positive and encouraging mentor he wishes he'd had as a student. He and his wife, and college sweetheart, share a love of music, worship, and family.
