Biography:

Phil Burks is the CEO and founder of The Genesis Group, a communications industry service company he founded with his wife, Bobbie. The company provides software that helps manage and operate giant, two-way radio and public safety communications networks. With about 60 employees in an ultra-modern advanced technology building in Tyler, Texas, Burks also has offices in the United Kingdom and affiliates in Australia and Mexico. He is a 1974 electrical engineering technology graduate of LETU.
