  •  Part-time position, 20 to 29 hours per week, weekdays between AM and PM.


  • Prepare and enter journal entries into accounting software
  • Assist with month end close and reporting
  • Scanning, filing and organizing documents
  • Find and use accounting data to resolve problems and discrepancies
  • Assist with year-end close and audit
  • Assist with employee credit card expense reports
  • Protect sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Other general accounting duties and special projects as necessary




  • Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Associates or college degree preferred
  • Experience working with administrative software and Microsoft Office products
  • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets
  • Quick learner and able to respond well to multi-task environment
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality
  • Proven ability to work in team environment to meet institutional goals
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated, energetic and dedicated individual with personal and professional integrity 
SALARY: Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience and other qualifications.
