POSITION DESCRIPTION:

LeTourneau is seeking a dynamic and relational Christian leader to serve as the next Dean of the School of Business. This individual will build on strong momentum, cultivate partnerships, and advance the mission of preparing graduates who are Christ-centered world changers with an entrepreneurial mindset. The next dean will be a visionary and faith-driven leader who combines spiritual maturity, relational strength, and academic excellence, demonstrating a mature personal faith in Jesus Christ and the ability to articulate and champion the integration of faith and learning in business.
