4:00pm - Graduate Reception (Allen Family Student Center Great Room): No tickets required; guests welcome. Please R.S.V.P. to DonnaBayer@letu.edu by Tuesday, November 25th. Honors medals/cords will be awarded at this event.
Saturday, December 13
Cap & Gown Pick Up: All graduates must pick up their cap and gown and registration cards in Longview Hall between 9:00-10:20am. (Honors medals and cords will also be distributed at this time to anyone not able to attend the Reception.) Immediately proceed to Education Building 117/120 for line-up and final instructions. (Bachelor robes are for graduates to keep and do not need to be returned. Master robes need to be returned to the Education Building.)
Student Line-up and Final Instructions: Education Building Rm 117/120. Students need to be in their chairs and ready for the line-up and final instructions by 10:30am at the latest.
Commencement:Tickets not required. S.E. Belcher, Jr., Chapel and Performance Center. All guests must be seated 10 minutes before start of the ceremony to clear the aisles for the faculty and graduate processional. Please turn in a handicapped seating form to WandaSammons@letu.edu. The ceremony will also be streamed live online at www.letu.edu/commencement.
11:00am Commencement: Seating of guests begins at 10:00am and all guests must be seated by 10:50am
Pick up of Statues (Senior Gift) and Diplomas in Education 117/120 within 45 minutes after end of ceremony.
