1. Open a voicemail message and click on the black downward-facing triangle (See graphic below)
2. Select "Playback Devices"
3. Select the sound card (your sound card may not be called "SoundMax Digital Audio" but it will be whatever option is not "Phone" or "<Use Preferred Device>

For most users, it is recommended that messages be played back through the computer speakers where possible. Headphones can be added to most University speakers if privacy is a concern.

However, if necessary, you can also use this same menu option to set the playback to your phone, if you do that you will need to also click on the "Options" menu and set "Extension" to your office extension and "Cisco Unity Server" to voicemail.letnet.net
