Professional Experience

Griffin is excited to embrace his new role as a Resident Director at LeTourneau. He embraced a love for the world of higher education toward the end of his senior year in college when he was a Resident Assistant for a Summer Honors program. During his Master’s studies at Taylor University, he served as the Graduate Assistant to the Honors Guild and continued working for the Summer Honors program. After concluding an internship in the Office of International Services at Indiana University, Griffin was confident initial career steps in Residence Life would equip him with necessary skills and experience to further his career and passion in higher education.  His job search brought him to LeTourneau, where he is excited to begin his career and serve as a humble and dedicated member of the Residence Life Team.

Personal Background

Griffin was born and raised in Indiana, and he and his wife were married on July 14, 2018. Griffin loves his family and enjoys keeping in contact with his parents and two brothers. He enjoys physical activities such as sports, small-sided games, and working out as well as board games and videogames. Griffin enjoys improving in various skills and activities, and he likes competing against himself and improving on a previous performance. He loves the line of work he is in because he gets to hear people’s stories and learn what has shaped the person into who they are today.

Griffin is looking forward to getting to know LeTourneau students, residential and all. He is excited to see what the creative minds of LeTourneau come up with, and he is thrilled to take his place among the community and  have a positive impact through his work in Residence Life.
