SCHEDULE: Primarily weekdays, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Requires hours and flexibility that can include evenings and weekends.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Position Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, or visitors as they come into the Registrar Office.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Manage department email inbox for Registrar and Registration Specialist.
  • Process transcript requests including electronic downloads from Clearinghouse.
  • Back up for processing ALL department forms.
  • Assist with graduation planning and activities.
  • Help review and clean up data from Consistency Checks before each census.
  • Research and troubleshoot student issues.
  • Assist in student registration during SWARM events
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • A minimum of 2 years successful experience in higher education. Preferably registrar office.
  • Must possess the following skills: interpersonal, organizational, time management, computer, creative problem solving, telephone, and attention to detail.
  • Must be a self-starter that requires minimal supervision, be able to maintain confidentiality, and be a good written and oral communicator
  • Must also be able to interact effectively with persons of all educational and business position levels
