Hourly position – Office hours are primarily weekdays 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., but responsibilities may occasionally require additional hours and flexibility that can include evenings and weekends. nds.

Full-time position. This position reports to the Assistant Vice President of Facilities Services.

The purpose of this position is to support and assist the Assistant Vice President of Facilities Services, the Coordinators, and all Facilities Services employees in all activities and duties relating to the operation of Facilities Services. 

Supervise student workers. Duties will be assigned by the Assistant Vice President of Facilities Services. 

This includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Professional Communication with all contacts, both internal and external, via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Scheduling, generating and maintaining proper correspondence, this includes annual elevator and boiler inspection certifications.
  • Maintaining department asset, and property inventory list
  • Maintenance duties as co-administrator of the Material Safety Data System (MSDS).
  • Assisting in the recruitment and hiring process for student workers.
  • Processing all expense reports for Facilities Services department
  • Provide quarterly budget updates for the Facilities leadership members
  • Update the gas, electricity, and water utility spreadsheets monthly.
  • Update the vehicle trip summaries (2) from the monthly reports done by Facilities Services Secretary
  • Maintaining all calendars in Facilities Services, including the Assistant Vice President’s.
  • Maintaining Petty Cash.
  • Ordering office supplies for the department.
  • Works closely with Accounting and Accounts Payable to process and submit invoices, check requests, employee reimbursements and interdepartmental transfers in a timely manner.
Maintain secondary coverage for Payroll, Time Clock issues, creating work orders, dispatching work orders, distributing University keys, and scheduling vehicles and bus drivers for University usage.

High school diploma and an elevated level of computer literacy required. Must be age 18 or older. LeTourneau University seeks a person with an enthusiastic and contagious Christian faith who is committed to Christian higher education that integrates Christian faith with learning.
