LeTourneau University's goal is for all candidates to have a positive and productive field experience with a Christian educational perspective. The Field Supervisor plays a vital role in the success of the candidate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Modeling professionalism in all aspects of the experience
  • Providing the necessary support both inside and outside of the classroom, including observations at the school campus
  • Evaluating activities and giving appropriate feedback
  • Acting as a liaison between the school and the university
  • Communicating effectively among all involved parties
  • Following university-established policies and procedures
  • Facilitating a positive field experience
  • Completing all required documentation with accuracy and integrity.

LeTourneau University seeks an enthusiastic and contagious Christian faith committed to a Christian higher education that integrates Christian faith with learning.

  • Certified and experienced as a Texas Teacher and Principal.
  • Supervisory skills and experience preferred.
SALARY: Contracted as an adjunct based on the need for field supervising in the area.
