Dr. Waldo is a founder and principal of Leading Dimensions Consulting, LLC. He holds an earned Doctorate in Business Administration (specializing in Management and Economics), an MBA (with a concentration in Human Resources Management), and a BA (with dual majors in Business Administration and Finance). Dr. Waldo also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as well as a certificate in Equal Employment Opportunity Studies from Cornell University. He is a member of the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Psychological Association (APA), Christian Coaches Network (CCN) and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.

Dr. Waldo's involvement with Leading Dimensions Consulting involves Psychometric Research, Product Development and Training. Prior to founding Leading Dimensions Consulting with Michael P. McCoy, Dr. Waldo authored the Leading Dimensions Profile (LDP), an assessment of work-related psychological constructs for individual development in the areas of leadership, training, sales, diversity and coaching. Today, the LDP is offered in North America, Europe and Australia via a network of affiliated distributors (comprised mostly of coaches, trainers, universities and consulting firms). In addition to his involvement with Leading Dimensions Consulting, Dr. Waldo serves as a curriculum developer for LeTourneau's School of Graduate and Professional Studies
