How to apply

To apply, LeTourneau University students need to submit a complete application package to the Office of Special Programs, located in the Library building, room 120. You may deliver it personally, mail it or fax it (only if paying the deposit with a credit or debit card. Fax number: 903-233-3281) The mailing address is the following:

A complete package contains the following items:

• Registration Form
• Medical Information Form
• Participation Agreement
• Copy of passport information page (or copy of passport application)
• Deposit

You may pick up a complete application package at the Office of Special Programs or download (below) and print the forms. Simply access the forms in your browser, fill in the highlighted areas, print the documents, sign them, and submit them.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

If you are not currently a LeTourneau University student, you need to complete the application for admission to LU process first. Dual-enrollment high-school students are not elegible to participate in this program unless special permission is granted. For more information, visit the Admissions website.
