Tiffany Dawn to Speak, Perform Music at LETU Feb. 5

LeTourneau University hosts author, speaker, singer and songwriter Tiffany Dawn at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, in the S.E. Belcher Jr. Chapel and Performance Center, 2100 S. Mobberly Ave., in Longview. The event is free and open to the public.
Having struggled with self-esteem and identity issues, Dawn presents her journey to freedom and confidence in her book and seminar called “The Insatiable Quest for Beauty.” In her seminar, Dawn combines music, storytelling and preaching to deliver her message to both male and female listeners.  
She has spoken and performed in Costa Rica, Australia, New Zealand and across the U.S. In 2011, Dawn released her full-length album, “This Is Who I Am.” She also has a bachelor’s degree in music, a master’s degree in music therapy and serves as an adjunct faculty at an online high school.
