Christian fighter pilot Jonathan Dowty to speak at LETU Friday Nov. 21

University will host author, speaker, and Christian fighter pilot
Jonathan Dowty from 10:25 to 11:15 on Friday, Nov. 21, in the S.E. Belcher Jr. Chapel and
Performance Center at 2100 S. Mobberly Ave. in Longview. Dowty’s presentation is free and open to
the public.
Dowty is a Christian and American fighter pilot who graduated from
the United States Air Force Academy and has been active in military ministry since before his
commissioning. Dowty is a combat-experienced F-16 pilot with tours in Europe, Asia, and the
Middle East. He will speak about that experience Friday.
