LeTourneau University’s S.E. Belcher Jr. Chapel and Performance Center is offering eight dynamic shows in its 2008-09 Performance Series, but is also offering a “build your own” option for those who can’t make all the performances.
New this year, the Belcher Center is offering season ticket pricing to those who want to choose five or more shows from among the eight offerings.
“Eight shows in a season is a lot, and not everyone can attend all of the shows, so we are offering a Build Your Own Season deal,” said Belcher Center Director Cynthia Hellen. “People can pick five, six or seven of the eight shows and still receive the 10-percent-off discount pricing – same as for a full season ticket.”
This offer is only available through the Belcher Center’s box office, which is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, at 903-233-3080.
The Performance Series includes: composer/musician John Tesh, Friday, Sept. 12; musical comedy “ The Pajama Game,” Thursday, Oct. 16; former Tonight Show bandleader and trumpeter Doc Severinsen, Saturday, Nov. 8; Neil Berg’s 100 Years of Broadway show tunes, Saturday, Nov. 22; the Harlem Gospel Choir, Friday, Feb. 6; Parson’s Dance troupe, Thursday, March 5; the Broadway musical “ Annie,” Monday, April 6; the Chinese Golden Dragon Acrobats, Saturday, April 25 and Sunday 26. All shows begin at 7:30 p.m, except for the April 26 matinee show of the Golden Dragon Acrobats, which begins at 3 p.m.
