LETU To Host 5k Run To Raise Funds For Scholarships

LONGVIEW, Texas)— LeTourneau University's Student Foundation is sponsoring a 5K and 1.1 mile fun run on Saturday, April 12 at 9 a.m., to raise funds for student scholarships.  Cost is $15 per runner.

The run will begin on campus and include some areas around the South Longview campus before ending at the S. E. Belcher Chapel.

Registration will be available online at www.letu.edu/sf-5krun and the morning of the run at the Solheim Arena on the university campus, 2100 S. Mobberly Ave.  Prizes will be awarded.

Student Foundation is a select group of about 20 students who help promote LeTourneau University through various community activities and fundraising programs.  Members also help new students through the admissions process by participating in college fairs and campus tours.
