Student Places in IEEE-USA Video Competition

LeTourneau University electrical engineering major Zachary Phillips won second place and a $1,500 scholarship in the third annual IEEE-USA "How Engineers Make a World of Difference" Video Competition. IEEE-USA awarded four scholarships totaling $5,000 to the undergraduates who created the most effective 90-second video clips reinforcing for an 11-to-13-year-old audience how engineers improve the world.
