For admission into LeTourneau's undergraduate business degree programs, the applicant must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application and meet other minimum admission and academic requirements . The applicant must be supportive of the Christian mission of the university through the integration of the Christian faith with learning. Applicants with 15 semester hours of college-level work or less, or military credits only, must provide a final, official high school transcript or GED certificate. Applicants must have an overall GPA of 2.0 in previous college academic work. Only grades of C or above in college level work will be considered for transfer. Applicants whose native language is not English must submit a test score of 500 or above on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

For admission into LeTourneau's MBA Programs, a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum grade point average of 2.8 (on a 4.0 scale) is required. Students whose GPA is between 2.5 to 2.79 may be admitted on academic probation upon approval of an MBA admissions committee.  The applicant must possess a minimum of three years of full-time, professional work experience since high school. Submission of a personally prepared essay of approximately 300-400 words that details the rationale for pursuing graduate study and how the MBA degree relates to personal and professional goals.

For admission into LeTourneau's TEACH Program , the applicant must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application and meet other minimum admission and academic requirements. For admission into LeTourneau's PACT Program, the applicant must meet the following admission requirements. In addition, the applicant must be supportive of the Christian mission of the university through the integration of the Christian faith with learning.

For the new MBA in Educational Leadership Program, the following are the admissions requirements:

1.Applicants must be at least 23 years of age at the time of application.

2. .A completed application for admission to the program (available online or at an Educational Center Office) with a $50 non refundable application fee.  The application fee will be waived for students who complete the application process online .  Completed applications and assessment records are valid for one year.  Following one year, the student will need to submit an updated application, resume, and fee for the purpose of reassessing the file under the current catalog year.

3. Submit official transcripts of all undergraduate work and any graduate work, attempted or completed, sent directly to the appropriate Enrollment Counselor designated at the time of application.  Failure to provide a complete record of all academic work may result in the student not being accepted into the university, or if already enrolled, being withdrawn from the university.

 For applicants with foreign transcripts, a copy of the original transcript will be accepted, preferably with an English translation.  Transcripts, however, must be evaluated course by course by either Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE), World Education Services, Inc. (WES), or SpanTran Educational Services, Inc. before evaluation and processing by LeTourneau University.

 For regular admissions standing, the applicant must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university at the time of attendance with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.80 (on a 4.00 scale).  An applicant whose grade point average is below 2.80 will be referred to the Admissions Committee, which will consider whether the applicant may be admitted on academic probation. 

4. The applicant must submit a current resume including education and a minimum of two years full-time work experience, and a personally prepared essay of approximately 300-400 words that details the rationale for pursuing graduate study and how the graduate program relates to personal and professional goals. 

5. The applicant must submit documentation of a current Teaching Certificate or take the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) for admission.  For those applicants taking the GRE, a satisfactory score as determined by the Graduate Admissions Committee is required on the verbal and math portions of the exam.
 
6. The applicant must submit two letters of reference, preferably from a supervisor or administrator at the applicant’s school.

7. For applicants whose native language is not English, submit a test score of at least 500 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

8. Applicants must be supportive of the Christian mission of LeTourneau University through the integration of the Christian faith with learning.

9. The Graduate Admissions Committee decisions will be based on predictors of academic success, such as previous academic records, work experience, and undergraduate GPA.  The decision of the Admissions Committee will be final.
