Announcements – This function is also located in your course and is generally the  opening page for your course. This is where your instructor will make any  announcements. You can choose to view announcements posted today or posted within the last 7 or 30 days. Click the Announcements link to read your announcements.

Calendar – This function allows you to set and view calendar events on a daily, weekly,  monthly and yearly basis. Click on the Calendar link to see your calendar. To add an event click on the Add Event button located on the Calendar and fill in the information requested. The Calendar is for your only personal use as a student. Your instructor will not add events for you.

Tasks – Tasks allow you to set activities based on personal or course related subheadings.  Click on the Tasks link to view your tasks page. To add a task click on the Add Task  button located on the Tasks and fill in the information requested. The Tasks is for your  personal use as a student. Your instructor will not add tasks for you.

View Grades – This feature allows you to check your grades within each course you are participating in. Click the My Grades link to see your grades by each course you are enrolled in.

Send E-mail – This feature allows you to send an email to those participating in the online courses with you. Click the Send E-mail link to send an email to those within your online course

User Directory – This feature allows you to see the names and emails of every user (students and instructors) you are currently participating in courses with.

Address Book – This feature allows you to build an address book and is similar to the User Directory but you must input this information.

Personal Information – This feature allows you to change your Blackboard password only. Your LetNet password cannot be changed by this feature however it is strongly recommended you keep your LetNet and Blackboard passwords the same.
