Financial Aid
For those who qualify and are interested in the Stafford Loan, a FAFSA can be completed
electronically at

LeTourneau University also works with students who are eligible for some VA benefits and those
students who have some form of corporate, state, or corporate reimbursement plans. Also,
payment plans are available for interested students. Please contact an enrollment counselor
for further information and assistance.

Refunds
For 3 credit hour courses:

prior to the first class session: 100% of tuition

prior to the third class session: 40% of tuition
Dropping after the third class session will result in
no refund of tuition.
Students will be charged full tuition when a course is retaken.
A
$25 drop fee will be assessed for each course dropped.
All other fees including application fees, registration fees, graduation fees, portfolio fees
are non-refundable.
For students who have received financial aid, the refund will be returned to the appropriate aid
sources, in compliance with federal regulations.
