Finance:
This program is designed to develop or enhance effective stewardship of the financial management of private businesses, non-profit organizations, and public agencies. The program concentrates on ways to build wealth, effective investment strategies, proper use of credit, effective budgeting techniques, expense control strategies and lease/purchase analysis.

The program is structured to provide students with a broad based understanding of how to function as financial consultants and internal change agents to lead and inspire organizational leadership toward a more productive future; and to prepare students to manage human and financial resources effectively, efficiently and ethically, within a global environment.

Human Resource Management:
LeTourneau's Human Resource Management curricula is applicable to both the public and private sector. Students whose career interests involve not-for-profit business are encouraged to seek admission. The courses reflect contemporary models within a working HR management context. Emphasis is placed on identification, analysis and solution of HR issues, while equal attention is given to the development of report writing, oral reporting and group processing skills.

International Business:
