Internship Requirements
Students complete the semester internship assignment by enrolling in MEDU 5183
Internship (Campus Leader). Internship placements will be coordinated through
the Director of Field Experiences for LeTourneau University. Internship experiences can be
developed around the specific leadership goals of the student, and done in cooperation with the
district where the student is currently employed. Students intern under the joint supervision
of an online faculty adviser and a practicing school administrator or supervisor.
The internship may be scheduled anytime after students have completed MEDU 5033
Administration of the K-12 Curriculum. Students may elect to complete the internship concurrently
with the program coursework, or may wait until after completing the final course, MBAC 6503
Strategic Management.
