A maximum of 9 total semester hours of correspondence study and distance learning courses taken from other institutions will be accepted toward University degree requirements after initial enrollment at LeTourneau.  Acceptance of the courses is subject to the prior approval of the appropriate department chair and the Director of Academic Records Services. The courses must be taken from a regionally accredited institution and will be treated in the same manner as transfer credit.  Correspondence study and distance learning courses taken from other institutions will not count toward residence requirements at LeTourneau.
