Bank of America Marketing Agreement

The LeTourneau University Alumni Association has made available on its website the full text of its agreement with Bank of America pertaining to the Association’s affinity credit card program for alumni of the University. While the agreement contains a confidentiality covenant typical to agreements of this kind, the Alumni Association is aware of public interest in this agreement.

The Alumni Association is pleased, with Bank of America’s full cooperation, to be able to make available the entire text of the agreement. This is consistent with the Association’s desire to be open and transparent in all of its programs and activities for the benefit of its members and LeTourneau University. The Alumni Association intends that this disclosure be useful in providing accurate information to all those who may have an interest in the Association’s Affinity Credit Card Program.

We feel it is important to provide some context to the agreement in order for you to gain an appreciation for the value that a relationship like this brings to the Alumni Association and to the University.
