Evaluations of Staff

Each staff member will be evaluated periodically for quality of service to the University.  For most staff, this occurs annually between October and January.  Areas examined in this evaluation include:

  • General Contribution to the University (employee is in accordance with the University's statements of faith and mission, works well with supervisors, and interacts well with other university personnel and students)
  • Contribution to the Operation of the University (employee's work is characterized by reliability, productivity, efficiency and creativity)
  • Contribution to the Surrounding Community (employee's lifestyle is consistent with the reputation of the University and participates in church and/or community service)
