Welcome to the Achievement Resource Center (ARC) Website!
The Achievement Resource Center (ARC) exists to promote student success by providing supportive resources for students. The Center offers a number of services for undergraduate students who would like to improve their learning skills or increase their academic success at LeTourneau University.
- Personal Tutoring is available for many classes such as History, English, Bible and others.
- Tutorial Instruction Sessions (TI) is a collaborative learning program designed to support students who are enrolled in challenging courses such as Chemistry, Calculus, Dynamics, DC Electricity and more.
- Math Tutoring Lab provides drop-in tutoring services for courses ranging from Math 0103 to 3403.
- Study Skills Consultations assist students who experience general academic difficulty with note-taking, test taking, time management, and other study skills issues.
- Study Skills Workshops targeting problem areas for many students are offered campus-wide each fall and spring. Topics include time management, test taking, and test anxiety.
- Resources on a variety of topics related to student learning are available at the ARC.
- Athletic Study Hall is provided for all student-athletes. In most cases, student-athletes are required to complete 4 hours of study each week in the ARC.
- The PASS Program provides individual support to our targeted first-year students as they make their transition to university academics.
