All LETU traditional students must update or verify their health insurance information to release any holds and complete the registration process each semester.
As an LETU student, you are responsible for notifying Student Accounts of any change in your insurance information.
LeTourneau University requires all traditional students (domestic or international) enrolled in six or more credit hours to have health insurance to cover the costs of medical treatment for injury and sickness.
Unless proof of private health insurance coverage is furnished (by completing the applicable information for Student Accounts) by the 12 th day of class each semester, the student will automatically be enrolled in the school-endorsed student health insurance plan. In that case, the insurance premium will be billed to the student when he or she enrolls for:
Notice: Dependent/Spousal coverage cannot be added to your student account. AHP Healthcare does offer a policy, but you must enroll in coverage and make payments directly to AHP. You may contact them directly at 855-247-2273 for rates and coverage options.

Enter your personal health insurance information and waive the university insurance coverage.
To avoid placement of the university's policy, you must provide your health insurance information no later than the 12 th day of classes. After the 12 th day of classes the premium is non-refundable.
