Graduate Prerequisite Registration Form

Full payment and registration form are due at the time of registration. Submit a separate registration form for each course. If your company is set up to direct bill, payment for the resource fee is due at the time of registration.

Each course is $1278 (Tuition: $1143 Resource Fee: $135)

After June 30, 2008:  Each course is $1400 (Tuition: $1245 Resource Fee: $155)
