Printing to a Canon Copier
To print to the copier:
(If printing from Excel, please see below)
- Go to File – Select Print - Select your copier from the drop–down menu. The copier name
starts with Canon IR _________ (copier model number)
- You can select different features by clicking on the properties button
- Clicking on the finishing tab allows you to select options such as 2-sided copying of
stapling.
- You may also adjust output quality by selecting from features under the quality tab.
- Once you have selected your preferences, click on the okay button.
- This will take you back to the main print page
- Input the number of copies you need to print. Click on the okay button
- The computer will prompt you for your copier ID. You do not need a password unless you
have put a password on your copier ID.
To print to the copier from Microsoft Excel:
- Go to File – Select Print - Select your copier from the drop–down menu. The copier name
starts with Canon IR _________ (copier model number)
- In the Print box (box that appears after selecting print), click on the box in the lower
right-hand corner that says collate. You must uncheck this box to print more than one
copy.
- You can now select different features by clicking on the properties button
- Click on the finishing tab and select collate here if you need collated copies.
- Clicking on the finishing tab also allows you to select options such as 2-sided copying or
stapling.
- Clicking on the Quality tab allows you to adjust output quality.
- Once you have selected your preferences, click on the okay button.
- This will take you back to the main print page
- Input the number of copies you need to print. Click on the okay button
