Housing Application

Congratulations on your acceptance to LeTourneau University!  LETU is a residential community committed to providing you an excellent living and learning environment.

For Fall and Spring semesters, all single students are required to live on-campus unless they meet one of the following criteria:

• You are married
• You will be residing with parents or a legal guardian within a commuting distance to campus
• You have already received a four-year degree from a college or university, or have attended LETU for at least four years
• You are enrolled as a part-time student with six or fewer academic hours
• You have completed 90 credit hours with a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.00
• You will be 22 years of age or older by the first day of class

If you qualify and would like to reside off-campus, please complete the OFF-CAMPUS PETITION .

If you are married and would like to live in on-campus married housing, please complete the MARRIED STUDENT HOUSING APPLICATION .

Otherwise, please complete the HOUSING APPLICATION .

Priority for on-campus housing is based on the final date the following three items have been completed: (1) housing application, (2) payment of $100 tuition fee, and (3) payment of $100 housing fee.

(Note: If you do not qualify for off-campus housing according to the criteria listed above, it is likely that your request will be denied.  To ensure that your on-campus housing preferences are given priority, please fill out the housing application as soon as possible.)
