SCHEDULE:

Part-time position of 35 hours per week, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. weekdays.  Additional hours on occasion.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Assists Director of Enrollment Information in all phases of inquiry management, including email, outgoing mail, inventory management, and data entry.  Also assists Applications Clerk:  opens, sorts, and delivers mail.  Enters data for applications, references, transcripts, and test scores.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicant must have a high school diploma, be able to type at least 50 w.p.m. without errors, and have a working knowledge of data entry.  Experience with GoldMine, Word, and Excel preferred.  Experience with Access a plus.

The applicant should be highly self-motivated, a self-starter, and able to work on their own without constant supervision.  They should also possess the ability to make appropriate decisions and oversee the work of student workers.
