Faith Journey: |
I became a Christian at a young age, since then God has continued to mold me into the person that he wants me to be. Recently God has been teaching me what it really means to have “Faith” in him. Sometimes you just have to, “let go, and let God”! |
About me: |
I am originally from the small East Texas town of Mt.Pleasant. My family and my husband’s family still live there. Not long after I graduated from College my husband Josh and I were married. Soon after Josh and I were married I began teaching 8th grade Reading at DeSoto ISD, located in South Dallas. Josh and I relocated to Longview in August 2007 so that he could pursue his Engineering degree. We live on campus and are the Resident Assistants for the married student housing. |

I have so many! I love photography. At any given time you can probably bet that I have a camera somewhere close by. Along with photography, I love to scrapbook. My husband and I are also avid movie watchers, although he usually doesn’t get to watch the move he wants to watch. I am more of a love story and chick flick kind of person. |
Favorite moment at LeTourneau: |
BBQ with friends! The dining hall is closed on Sunday nights. On many Sunday afternoons, you can find a group of our friends from the dorms at our apartment playing games and grillin' it up! |

Vicki Sheafer - She will drop whatever it is that she is doing to talk with you. She truly cares about you as a person and your career goals. |

Nope! I wish I could. I just end up sounding dumb. I'm from east Texas and I can barely pull off my Texas accent. |
Favorite color socks: |
I prefer not to wear socks, so do I have to have a favorite color? I would much rather be in flip flops ANY DAY! Let's call it flesh toned! |
