Students in the adult program need to contact their academic advisor for information.
The following information is for international students in the traditional program.
The Office of the Registrar welcomes you to LeTourneau University. We hope to take part in making your stay a wonderful experience. We are here to help you in any way we can.
As an international student on an F-1 Visa there are certain matters which are important for you to know in order to maintain your student status. As an institution, LeTourneau must report your arrival as well as other information which you provide us to the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVIS).
The following is a list of matters you will need to report to our office. Make sure you bring your passport, I-20 form and I-94 (the card found stapled in your passport) when you visit our office to report your arrival or when any changes occur to these documents.

Arrival - No later than two weeks after classes begin, you must report your arrival and allow us to make copies of your documents for our files.

Change in registration - You must register for and maintain a minimum of 12 hours per semester.

Employment - Only on-campus employment is allowed without USCIS authorization.

Change of major

On-campus employment

Change in Passport information

New I-94
-
New Visa
-
New stamp or seal on I-20

Travel plans

Interest in CPT or OPT (Curricular Practical Training or Optional Practical Training)
