What is Aeronautical-Mechanical Engineering Technology?

The Aeronautical-Mechanical Engineering Technology Program deals with the complex and powerful mechanical systems used on today’s aircraft. The program combines the principles of mechanical engineering technology with the principles of aircraft systems, preparing graduates for a career in the field of aviation. Graduates of this program are involved in developing new systems, testing system designs, and improving manufacturing processes in aviation and related industries. The emphasis of an engineering technology degree is on the practical application of theory.
