Kinesiology - Vision and Values

As a student in the Department of Kinesiology at LeTourneau University, faculty and staff will invest time and energy in you and your education. The Kinesiology Department strives to:

• Nurture our students and help them find God’s plan in their lives.
• Provide the best learning environment for our students including activities, lectures and lab courses.
• Encourage students to question, integrate, analyze, communicate and apply kinesiology concepts.
• Grow in our faith and seek God in everything we do.

As a department we believe we must:

• Teach students the technical, relational and spiritual skills they need to succeed.
• Use hands-on activities combined with academic teaching.
• Prepare each student for the ministry they have been called to do.
• Encourage students to impact in their world.
