LeTourneau University's Interdisciplinary Studies degree program provides students the opportunity to customize their bachelor's degree to fit personal goals and career objectives. You'll take strong academic courses taught by experienced faculty. At LeTourneau, our courses go beyond the textbook with engaging, relevant discussions about your studies and your faith.
You may have a great idea about a new area of business or see an excellent opportunity for a career that doesn’t fit the mainstream academic pattern. LeTourneau University’s Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies allows students the ultimate flexibility in customizing your degree plan to prepare you for a career that uses your God-given talents and passion.
LeTourneau University recognizes that you may have already successfully completed many university courses. It's important to us that your previous effort and investment is considered and applied to your LETU degree whenever possible.
We also understand that your personal interests and career goals can change, resulting in elective courses that may not easily apply to many programs. The flexibility in the Interdisciplinary Studies program allows you to apply more transfer credit and finish your degree in less time.
You can choose to take courses either on-ground or online. If you choose our in-classroom (on-ground) experience, you will attend courses one night a week at one of our regional educational locations in Dallas and Houston, or at one of our LETU teaching sites throughout the state.
On-ground students benefit from having the class together as a group, but due to limited meeting time, some coursework and assignments will be delivered online as well. Opting for our online learning environment provides the greatest convenience.
Online students participate in thought-provoking discussion forums and learn in an enriching, interactive online environment. Either way, you will appreciate our highly qualified faculty and our small classes, which allows for personal attention from the faculty and strong interaction with other students.
