Julie Clement teaches and develops the course at LETU in health informatics. Julie worked in the healthcare systems industry for fourteen years for McKesson and Eclipsys corporations. She is currently the Air Force Reserve Commander of the 940th Aerospace Medicine Squadron at Beale Air Force Base, California.
Julie, her husband Roger and her daughter Amber live in California. Amber is a nurse in Ventura. Julie taught at the elementary and high school levels when her daughter was young. Julie and her husband Roger have lived in England, Georgia and California. Julie has deployed to Germany and served in Kandahar as a Senior Medical Advisor in southern Afghanistan for one year.
When not working, Julie enjoys gardening, art, decorating, piano and creative projects on their five acres in the Sierra foothills wine country. Julie attends First Lutheran Church in Placerville, California.
