AMA (American Marketing Association)
Provides relevant marketing, management, financial, advertising and promotion experience – skills that will increase your value in today’s competitive environment.
You'll also impact campus and the Longview community through project work that gives you real-life marketing experience.
All marketing majors and most marketing minors are members of our AMA chapter, but anyone interested in marketing is welcome to join! The AMA connects you with nearly 40,000 peers and professional in virtually every area of marketing. Over the years, our students have placed well in national AMA competitions, including 3rd place in the case study competition and 1st place in the exhibit competition.

Professional Accounting Society (PAS)
PAS is a student-led organization that began in 2011. The organization welcomes everyone to increase their knowledge of accounting, pursue a professional business attitude, and make connections in the local area.
PAS displays an interest in the community by finding opportunities for PAS to serve the community here in Longview. PAS was created not only to learn and grow as students, but to serve as Christ served.

Sigma Beta Delta (Business Honor Society)
Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society is for students in business, management and administration. Wisdom, honor and the pursuit of meaningful aspirations are the principles on which the society has been founded. These qualities are of the
utmost importance not only for success in the realm of professionalism but in one's personal life as well.
The society encourages its members to live lives distinguished by honorable service to humankind. In order to be eligible for
membership, students must be an accounting or business major ranking in the top 20 percent of their class.
This society is widely recognized, and membership can be a beneficial asset for students when entering the workplace.

Alpha Mu Alpha (National Marketing Honorary)
Alpha Mu Alpha is the national marketing honorary for qualified undergraduate, graduate and doctoral marketing students, and marketing faculty. Since its inception in 1937, the American Marketing Association (AMA) has remained committed to the advancement of excellence in the field of marketing. It was this commitment which fostered the establishment of Alpha Mu Alpha in the spring of 1981. Alpha Mu Alpha acknowledges outstanding scholastic achievement on a highly competitive basis.
The eligibility requirement for undergraduate students is a minimum overall G.P.A. of 3.25. The appropriate Alpha Mu Alpha faculty coordinator, on campus, nominates marketing students who meet the academic standards approved by the AMA Board of Directors. The nominees are invited to complete initiation procedures and gain Alpha Mu Alpha Honorary recognition.
