LeTourneau University's 30-credit hour Master of Engineering Management prepares engineering and technology professionals to manage and oversee technical and engineering staff. Students gain the technical expertise and hands-on experience needed to be exemplary and effective leaders in industry.

LETU’s Master of Engineering Management is offered in a flexible online format with 6 starting dates per year. Core coursework provides fundamental management and leadership instruction in managerial business courses, leadership, project management and systems analysis.

Specialization options provide depth in specific technical areas, including aerospace management, oil & gas management, program management and software engineering, with an emphasis on managerial and leadership perspectives.

STUDENT SUPPORT

The faculty and staff of the School of Business value your step of faith to earn a professional master’s degree. We want to see you succeed as an LETU YellowJacket. When challenges arise, we provide as much support as possible to help you complete your degree. This includes:

  • As a new student you will receive a clear, step-by-step process to assist with enrollment in your acceptance letter.
  • Upon enrolling you will be assigned an academic advisor to serve as your primary contact for scheduling issues throughout the program.
  • In your first course, we help you form a personal learning community of 3 colleagues who can take a professional interest in what you are learning.
  • Our university Help Desk supports online student IT needs and questions 16 hours a day by phone and email.
  • Our staff respond to student phone calls and emails within 24 hours, and our faculty grade assignments within 72 hours.
  • The LETU Achievement Center provides tutoring in writing to online students.
  • The Dean of the Business school is authorized to approve a one-course scholarship request to assist in extraordinary circumstances, such as job transition.
  • The MEM Program Director hosts online quarterly meetings of current students, alumni and guests in the field, to foster social and intergenerational learning.
