At LETU, we prepare our students for what they want to do after graduation. That's why we provide them with exceptional instruction and individual guidance, plus professional and cultural opportunities. Here's what a few of our history and political science students are up to post-graduation.

Jordan Baumer ('08)

Baumer attends New England Law in Boston, Mass, where she is ranked in the top 3% of her class of 254 students. Learn more about her post-grad greatness in Realities magazine.

Amy Davis (’06)

Davis will finish law school at UT in May 2010. She has been serving as Editor in Chief of the Texas Review of Law & Politics (UT Law Journal) this year and has already accepted a position with the Cox, Smith and Matthews law firm in San Antonio, Texas.

Stephen Casey ('03)

Casey served as the 2008-2009 Judicial Clerk for Texas Supreme Court Justice Scott A. Brister. "My life, particularly my time at LeTourneau, is the vindication that time, experience, and wisdom have over youthful rebellion." Read more about his story here.

Jennifer Timmons ('03)

“Students are able to develop relationships with professors, and professors can devote more attention to the individual needs of students. Another advantage for history & political science students is the privilege of enrolling in LeTourneau's internship program. This program enables you to receive experience in your field of study while receiving college credit.”

Meredith Vera ('02)

Vera attended University of Texas Law School. “I have been taught to identify the active hand and purpose of God in all areas of history, and I have realized my responsibility to uphold Christian ethical standards in my future career, whether as an attorney or a politician.”
