Stan Coppinger joined the faculty of LeTourneau University in 2001.  His primary academic interests revolve around the studies of literature and creative writing. 

During the summer of 2003, he was named to his new post: Assistant Vice President-Academic Affiars.  This administrative position now demands the majority of his time, but he still manages to maintain contact with our students by teaching creative writing and coordinating the university honors program. 

Stan and his wife Sharon share a deep love for God and for students.  Their devotion to both is evident in they way they are living out their calling.
