Design Technology Concentration

If you enjoy aviation, you’re creative and you like drafting,

this is the concentration for you.

You’ll take classes like Technical Illustration, Solids Modeling and Drafting. With the aircraft systems and engine expertise you've learned earning your A&P aircraft maintenance certificate, you'll have an understanding of aircraft that few professional illustrators can match. Plus, you'll have a B.S. degree from a recognized leader in the aviation industry.

In these classes, we’ll teach you to work with engineers to design leading-edge aircraft or even illustrate for airline technical manuals. When you graduate, you’ll have hands-on experience in aviation, as well as design, drafting and 3D modeling skills.
