Air Traffic Control Management B.S.
Want to be a leader?
If you're interested in someday supervising other air traffic controllers and being a leader in your profession, you'll want a four-year degree in Air Traffic Management. This option is an expanded version of the Air Traffic Control A.S. with added skills: management courses, more aviation training, more business, and more preparation for your future!
You'll be even more competitive at the FAA's Air Traffic Control program in Oklahoma City. And of course, our program includes the use of high-tech radar and tower simulators to prepare our students for their careers. FAA applicants must meet physical requirements and typically must be under the age of 31 to be hired.
LeTourneau University is the first school in Texas approved for air traffic control by the FAA, and the first evangelical Christian College/University in the nation with an air traffic control program.
Optional Minor: Professional Flight Minor
A few career options:
- Air Traffic Supervisor
- Center/TRACON air traffic controller
- Tower/Ground air traffic controller
