LETU Aviation History
Founded by inventor, pilot and dynamic speaker R.G. LeTourneau, LeTourneau University began as LeTourneau Technical Institute where men returning from World War II could work in the LeTourneau Industries plant while taking college courses. The University has grown to a fully accredited four year university offering both undergraduate and graduate degrees.
