Women in Aviation Club

LeTourneau's Women in Aviation Club was founded by student and club president Stephanie Amavisca in Fall 2009. The club has grown to include 12 student members, including two men, and is open to all students interested in aviation. In February of 2010, the club attended the Women in Aviation International conference at Disney's Coronado Resort in Orlando, Florida. Next years conference will be in Reno, Nevada and the club plans on attending and assisting Jon Weber, aviation admissions counselor, with setting up and running the LeTourneau University booth.
